Why registered office mail matters so much

Your registered office address is your company's legal domicile. It is where the authorities and your partners write to you: tax notices, letters about the commercial register, mail from CASNOS (social security fund for the self-employed) or CNAS (employees' social insurance fund), letters from your bank, supplier invoices.

An official letter can start a deadline to reply or pay. If it sits in a mailbox no one checks, the deadline runs anyway. That is why being notified of every arrival matters.

How it works at Neuron Cowork

   Mail arrives at your registered office address

   It bears your company name and the address on your commercial register entry: Lot 191 Bis 3, Bois des Cars 02, Dely Brahim, Algiers, 3rd floor.

   We receive it

   The letter is received at the Neuron Cowork front desk, on the 3rd floor.

   We let you know

   You are notified as soon as a letter arrives for your company. Tell us which contact to use when you sign the contract.

   You collect it

   Come and pick it up Sunday to Thursday, between 9 am and 5 pm.

Writing your address correctly

For your letters to arrive without detours, give the same address everywhere, the one on your commercial register entry:

• Your company's exact name, as on the commercial register extract.
• Lot 191 Bis 3, Bois des Cars 02.
• 3rd floor.
• Dely Brahim, Algiers.

What the service includes

The service described here is reception and notification. If you have a specific need, for example an important letter you expect on a given date, tell us in advance on WhatsApp.

Letters you should not leave waiting

• Notices, reminders and formal demands from the tax office.
• Letters about the commercial register.
• Letters from CASNOS and, if you have staff, from CNAS.
• Letters from your bank.
• Summonses and documents served as part of legal proceedings.

When you receive a notification, collect the letter promptly and read it on receipt. Put any deadline it mentions in your diary.

If you leave the address

If you do not renew your contract, your registered office must be moved and the commercial register amended. The deadline to start that amendment is one month from the change. Also tell all your contacts the new address so mail does not keep arriving in Dely Brahim.
